No. The platform connects to your Dropbox or OneDrive with read-only access and reads the content transiently to generate vectors — mathematical fingerprints that capture meaning without containing the original text. After indexing, the content is discarded. At query time, only the 8 most relevant passages are fetched temporarily, used to generate the response, then discarded again. Your documents never leave your storage and are never stored on our servers.
Two independent compliance checks on every interaction. Gate 1 scans inbound content before it enters your knowledge hub — detecting names, account numbers, NI numbers, and other personal identifiers. Flagged content is quarantined and the sender prompted to anonymise.
